Nadia Ahidjo

Nadia is a Pan African feminist with expertise in feminist philanthropy and a passion for gender justice and social inclusion. She frequently provides expertise to diverse institutions to drive philanthropy, advocacy, and policy initiatives. Her work is rooted in Black feminisms, and includes research, grant management, program and project design, strategy development, and writing.

She has worked with TrustAfrica, the Open Society Foundations, and the African Women’s Development Fund. She has also served on the board of Urgent Action Fund Africa.

In her free time, Nadia loves writing feminist reflections, short-story fiction, and children’s stories. Her stories have been published by Afreada, African Feminisms, the African Security Review Journal, Bakwa Magazine, Catalyst Press, the Institute for Security Studies, the Open Society Initiative for West Africa, the Moongirls Comic, the Nawi – Afrifem Macroeconomics Collective, and Short Story Day Africa. Her children’s books are distributed by the African Books Collective.
