Fellowships

Through conversations with our members and Circle community, we have developed two fellowships aimed at strengthening relationships and creating spaces for community and shared wisdom. These fellowships provide opportunities for our Indigenous members to connect and to be grounded in the work, while also offering settler philanthropy the space to learn how to better support Indigenous organizations, nations, and communities.

Indigenous Abundance Accelerator

The Indigenous Abundance Accelerator (IAA) is a four-month intensive for Indigenous-led organizations activating philanthropy. This is an opportunity for Indigenous philanthropic entities, pooled funds, and Indigenous foundations to connect for shared learning. IAA cultivates a Community of Practice of Indigenous organizations to collaborate, share insights, support and learn alongside one another.

Partners in Reciprocity

Partners in Reciprocity (PiR) was built out of Indigenous feedback about the skill sets and capacities needed in the settler philanthropic sector so that Indigenous members and communities will have a better experience, better relationships and collaboration with settler philanthropy and experience less harm. The Circle has taken a deep commitment and accountability to create a container for speaking, putting forward the desires of our Indigenous members to create bold and beautiful invitations to the sector to step in and step up to build its capacity.
